· Nursing Administration, including CNO/VP Patient Care and Director of Quality Roles with focus on quality and financial turnarounds, building systems for accountability and developing successful management teams
. Facilitatation of numerous retreats/workshops for strategic planning, implementation of grants, workplace redesign, customer satisfaction, performance/quality improvement, change/transition, conflict management, and revenue enhancement/productivity improvement.
Education: MS from UCSF, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and PhD with a focus on corporate culture.
